10 FACTS ABOUT ME.

I LOVE A GREAT STORY.

My mind is always on so when I need to relax I like getting lost in stories. Whether it's a TV show, book, documentary or even just a fun rom com, I like spending that hour or two living in a different world, feeling what the characters are feeling and getting caught up in their world.

I GET SUCKED INTO RABBIT HOLES.

Queen Victoria hated being pregnant. Simu Liu's life mirrors mine. My head is filled with unexpected facts about people and time periods that intrigue me.

I GO ALL IN ON THINGS.

When I'm into something I go ALL in. For example I decided I wanted to learn to knit, this is what happened.

MIXING PEOPLE WITH BUSINESS.

I majored in Psychology, Sociology and History then headed to Business School. I have to admit the former is my passion while the latter helps me apply that understanding of people to the brands I partner with.

I LIKE PROBLEM SOLVING.

Whether it's putting together an 1000 piece puzzle, finding clues in a 90s adventure game or listening to how police solve a mystery, everything I do in my spare time is about solving challenges.

I'M AN EXTROVERTED INTROVERT.

I'm good at building relationships and a lot of people would say I'm not very quiet. Yet what you see on the outside is just the tip of the iceberg. I'm in my head thinking ALL the time.

I'M A HOMESCHOOL TEACHER.

I’ve spent the last 3 years as a homeschool teacher courtesy of the pandemic. I taught my son how to read, write, count, understand emotions, place animals in their habitat, know what sounds musical instruments make, name body parts and more.

TO ME, DESIGN MATTERS.

I think design is powerful. It can draw people in, change people's moods, and in the example here, make a home a home (that's my husband relaxing after I made him bring my design to life).

I BELIEVE IN BEING KIND.

I'm looking for a new work home that shares this philosophy. I strongly believe in respect, kindness and an understanding that work is one of many valuable parts of life.

I'M FASCINATED BY THE PAST.

My feed is full of posts like this. I LOVE history, imagining what life was like in a different time and understanding how it has shaped life today.
